Born and raised in Humacao, Puerto Rico. He earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua and subsequently completed his medical residency at Westchester Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Dr. Soto-Bartolome is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine and the management of chronic conditions. He is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, culturally competent care and to empowering patients to achieve long-term health and wellness.
